“We were pleased to find a hotel that fitted exactly with our plans, but were then left a little embarrassed when we realised later that I had booked the wrong week. Added to my glumness, the hotel was not available for the days we did want. Then Stacey at OPL stepped in and saved my bacon. She found alternatives for us, we were booked and the holiday was back on schedule. I only marked this feedback as 'Very Good' because there wasn't an option for 'Exceptional'. This really was quality customer service and helped me to wipe the egg from my face. Thank you.”
