“Kym the representative I spoke with was exceptional. Taking the time out to call and find out exactly what the requirements were. Provided detailed breakdown of costs not once but twice when the requirements changed Making sure to keep me updated as to the status of the booking. Will definitely use offpeak luxury.com again”

“Are you Confused.com? May be OPL will blame the hotel, but the offers seem designed to confuse mixing room offers with packages. I refer to the present offer at the Homewood Park Hotel. It took me 3 calls to the hotel to try to understand the differences between OPL offers”

Our packages are based on various room types and sometimes include different benefits to fulfill the requirements of our customers. We appreciate that not everybody's needs are the same however they are not meant to confuse but instead offer choice. We do take feedback seriously as we are continually looking to improve our product where necessary so thank you for that. We have looked at your reservation and there are 4 packages available for the night of your stay, ranging from a classic room to master suite. The latter includes a glass of Champagne rather than Prosecco and they all include dinner. Our reservations team would have been very happy to help with your booking as our negotiated deals are exclusive to Offpeakluxury and therefore not available direct. “Victoria and Kym couldn't have been more helpful. At first I really thought I was talking to the hotel staff but Victoria told me who they were and Kym rang me the very next day. She made 3 calls to the hotel on my behalf enquiring about food, Spa treatment availability and a special room. I asked her if she could arrange the weather but "no sorry" anything but that. My friend and I are looking forward to our 2 day break. I will comment on the hotel afterwards. Millie Parker.”
