“After ringing out of hours (my fault), I received a call back and mess left. I rang back can't remember the lady's name, but she was very helpful and friendly, got it all booked including our dog, answered all my questions and received a very prompt e-mail of conformation.”

“Being on the Off Peak Luxury mailing list is really great . you get to see some great offers and on the ones I have tried they have lived up to my expectations. You get a chance to stay in smaller bespoke Hotels at a good price. You also get treated as a special client when arriving not just a number. A good start to a short break. I am looking forward to 2 stays booked already this year”

“I called one evening looking for advice and was dealt with in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Everything was explained clearly to me and the lady I dealt with promised me that my request would be dealt with by her colleague the following day as it was too late to contact the hotel that evening. The following day I received an e-mail with all the correct details giving me the information I had requested. This was followed up with another professional and friendly phone call. The service I have received has been excellent to date and the two ladies I have dealt with over this booking made the process straight-forward. Very impressed.”
