“The deal for three nights is attractive and excellent value. But it is on customer service that the company really scores. My wife became ill just three days before we were due to take up the offer. Despite the fact that they were under no obligation to do so, the company offered to let us roll forward our holiday dates by a month, to allow my wife time to recover, as a gesture of goodwill.”

“We were looking for something not too far away that gave good value for money and we found it through Offpeakluxury. We got all of these and a lot more because the hotel was very pleasant and the staff there were very friendly. The facilities were excellent and everything was of a very good standard. This was our first experience with Offpeakluxury so we hope that it reflects your normal level of offers and hotel choices. On that note we are very much looking forward to researching our next stay through you in the hope that it will be an easy and straight forward procedure once again.”
