“Easy to navigate, great extras not given if booked through the hotel, would recommend.”

“Called to confirm the offer quoted on the website and hotel Covid restrictions. Victoria was very helpful and rang the hotel on my behalf to confirm as the offer was off season and limited . Confirmed my booking”

“Made a booking through this website. Booking form offered opportunity to add specific requests. I requested meal reservation time, spa access times (has to be booked due to COVID-19), additional paid massage times, and enquired about a late checkout on the booking form. 24 hours later, after paying in full, I've received 2 email confirmations about dinner reservations but no communication at all in response to my additional requests. Doesn't really seem like much of a luxury to have to chase up bookings, off-peak or otherwise!”

“We used this site as found the hotels own site quite confusing and did not have this offer. We noticed your final total included a £20 fee but this did not show up until after we had booked. However, in this case the deal was very good and your site easy and efficient to use. Thankyou.”
