“Based purely on my latest web experience, I have only 1 criticism. During the booking process I was offered a choice between double and twin. I selected twin, but the final confirmation showed double, so I went back and changed the selection back to twin and then continued, but it still insisted on confirming a double booking. Luckily human intervention managed to amend this after the event.”

“The deal we got was at a superb price and very much looking forward to our break next week. Customer service was so professional and very attentive. We had to change our booking slightly and that got amended really quickly without fuss. Would very highly recommend.”

“Having had my previous booking cancelled due to Covid 19 I was offered a full refund of money paid or a voucher to use for a future booking. Voucher taken and this I redeemed online this week to rebook a hotel stay. No problems at all with booking, confirmed same day and my booking also confirmed by the hotel. Cannot fault the service so far from Offpeakluxury.”
