“Booking the rooms was not a problem, however i did need to phone and sdk for the rooms to be nect to eack other which i could not do on the site, otherwise everthing was very easy to navigate.”

“Was a bit disappointed that the dates that were available online when I requested to book were no longer free only at an extra cost of £40 a night,but luckily I was able to change the days,but it should not have been shown as available online,but Victoria was very helpful responding with other dates and sone other suggestions.”

“Came across off peak luxury while browsing the web looking for a hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Was really happy to find all the extra thing we would get , glass of champagne Room upgrade , discount in spa, for the same price as booking a basic room with hotel. It was easy to book and browse offers. Would definitely use again.”

“Great easy to navigate website, we got a great deal including evening meal, wine and breakfast in a truly gorgeous hotel. Only complaint was although we requested our evening meal at 7:30 each night the hotel had no knowledge of this and we had to change our meal times.”

“Every member of staff I have spoken to has been friendly, efficient and sympathetic to our situation, which has involved 2 postponements of a booking due to Covid and my husband's ill health. Despite being extremely busy, they have been prepared to take the time to listen.”

“I looked on the website at first but needed to clarify the room type I wanted so spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful. I then called back to book the hotel and spoke to another member of staff who was also extremely helpful. Couldn’t fault the enthusiasm and knowledge of the two ladies I spoke to. Will certainly book with offpeakluxury again.”
