“Great easy to navigate website, we got a great deal including evening meal, wine and breakfast in a truly gorgeous hotel. Only complaint was although we requested our evening meal at 7:30 each night the hotel had no knowledge of this and we had to change our meal times.”

“Every member of staff I have spoken to has been friendly, efficient and sympathetic to our situation, which has involved 2 postponements of a booking due to Covid and my husband's ill health. Despite being extremely busy, they have been prepared to take the time to listen.”

“I looked on the website at first but needed to clarify the room type I wanted so spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful. I then called back to book the hotel and spoke to another member of staff who was also extremely helpful. Couldn’t fault the enthusiasm and knowledge of the two ladies I spoke to. Will certainly book with offpeakluxury again.”

“Great deal at a top hotel, so we're able to treat Mum somewhere we wouldn't normally be able to afford. It was very easy to contact the site by phone and Toni was very helpful and efficient, returning the call and emails as promised. I did find it slightly unnerving that I thought I'd booked with Country Hotel Breaks and then got emails from offpeakluxury; but I googled you and that put my mind at rest. It would be a good idea to explain to people first or just have the one name, so as not to confuse, as there are so many scams about these days. We're looking forward to a night to remember! “Poor information, not until after confirming booking did you disclose that during our stay the restaurant was closed for 2 out of the 3 night stay and that afternoon tea was offered as an alternative for dinner, and no refunds available. Your company have deceived and deliberately hidden behind the “small print” to con the public.”
