Website and booking process was fine but the £10 booking fee wasn’t clear at all, it was only when I got an email confirming my booking and breakdown of costs that this became apparent. Could have booked direct with the hotel and got the same deal, whilst avoiding the fee. £10 isn’t a lot but of everyone pays this, the website will be making a big profit for very little effort!
