“Easy booking through the website, hotel as described and was cheaper than booking direct with the hotel plus a few extras. Hotel aware of booking and no issues checking in. All good. I would use again and recommend.”

“Booked a 2 night stay at Raithwaite Hotel in Sandsend with Offpeakluxury. The ladies I spoke to over the phone were well-informed, friendly and very efficient. I needed extra information which they found out for me and telephoned me back very promptly. The confirmation e-mail includes a printable gift voucher which I thought was a nice touch.”

“Web site easy to use. The hotel we booked was NOT a luxury break which should have been checked prior to advertising as we were mis-sold. The hotel was advertised as an a la carte venue which it definitely was not! Ruby anniversary spoiled. We booked for two nights with evening meal and breakfast and left after one night losing hundreds.”

“Always helpful staff who come back to you when they say they will. The offers that offpeakluxury.com have are genuine ones that are not available to customers who just enquire at the hotel for "a deal". We will continue to use this company whenever we want a short break in this country.”
