“clear pricing instant confirmation , documentation printed instantly, email sent with clear instructions with regard to pre booking the times for evening meals which worked,the £15 booking fee annoyed me but on reflection it was worth it”

“I’ve recently had to deal with the passing of my dad, which meant we had to postpone our weekend away, Helena and the team we’re amazing they took a very difficult and stressful situation and dealt with it straight away. And same when I rebooked Sophia rebooked and confirmed everything for me. I would definitely recommend them.”

“The customer service when arranging this stay, a gift to a family member, was fantastic, Elaine even phoned back to ask if I wanted to personalise the confirmation slip, a lovely thought that hadn't occurred to me. Elaine went through lots of room options and best deals that tailored my needs, she made the whole booking stress free. Have already told two people of my experience, very positive reactions. The "Party Leader" information is usually the name of the person who is staying, and if a kind friend or relative is providing the funds for the stay, they generally use their contact and payment details throughout the rest of the booking process. We can provide a Presentation Confirmation for you to give to your friends; this will show photographs of your chosen hotel and the offer inclusions, but no total price for the stay. We can also include a personal message which can be printed onto the Presentation Confirmation. This can be sent to you via email or in the post (or can be sent directly to the recipient). “Good selection of locations/venues. Easy search feature on website. Reasonably good deals offered compared with other websites -and the extra touches makes a difference. Choosing dates is easy, clear pricibg gicen, booking is straightforward. Looj forward to trip!”
