“Julie was fantastic !!. She was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my booking and sent pictures of the individual rooms to me via email, as they were not all made clear on the website. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she even called the hotel to see which rooms were actually available to be sure that the room I wanted was what I would get. She understood that this is a special birthday for my partner and I want everything to be perfect. So glad I got Julie to help with my booking..”

“Your web site I found very easy to use and resulted in a successful booking being made. I have one issue which is that the ferry tickets issued show the wrong car registration number. My attempts to get the hotel to change this have so far failed. Maybe you can help.”
