“Not certain of the Lady's name, maybe Julie? was very helpful . Although I am waiting a confirmation in writing for my booking No.4528582. I thought I was quoted £828.00, your e mail shows the cost as £898.00(does the figure have a booking fee)? would be grateful if you would clarify.”

“Although I did not actually book through the website, I found it clear and easy to use. I used it as the basis of my enquiry before booking by telephone because I wanted to vary the terms of a special offer, which I could not do on line. My call was answered quickly by Sophia, who was courteous, efficient and helpful. She understood my query immediately and agreed to assist by telephoning the hotel to check their terms. She did this quickly and called me back, allowing me to make the booking without undue delay. She later followed this up with an email to clarify one of the details of my booking. Five star service. Thank you.”
