“The site gives an excellent understanding of the accommodation being considered and offers available. Once a decision has been made to make a booking the process and procedure to do this is easy to follow and space is made special requirements to be indicated. All resulting in a successfull transaction. Thanks.”

“It supplies a wide range of possible hotel breaks both in price and location. There are some very good hotels and so I chose one that I have not been to before but has good reviews. I will provide feedback on my stay after the event.”

“I had several queries about the hotel I wanted to book so telephoned rather that simply book on line. I spoke to Sophia who made a note of my queries then telephoned the hotel to get definitive answers - Sophia then phoned me back and made the booking for me.”

“I think it's a rip of we got a voucher for 200 pounds and it hardly covered the cost of any hotels featured, yet we went on booking.com and got an extra night for a quarter of the price.”

Dear Susan, Thank you for your review, although we're sorry to see that you don't feel the voucher you were gifted offered value for money. All the hotel breaks on our websites are specially negotiated to include extras, like dinner, Champagne, afternoon tea, offering "More than just a room". While we're sure the second night of your stay was less expensive through the other agent, it is likely that it only included the room and breakfast. We have lots of offers at hotels which would have been amply covered by the value of your voucher, and would have been happy to provide options for your stay had you contacted us. We are available every day until 10pm on the phone, and can receive emails at any time which will be replied to in office hours. We do hope that we may be able to assist with another stay in the future, simply let us know your preferred dates and area and we can send potential property information to you. “The OPL team went above and beyond and still secured my VIP package on the morning of check in . We had a lovely time - the Manor House oozes class, history opulence - however the rooms are not covered in history and generally modern but with the aesthetics of a period building. My female“friend”who I took to say thank you for being a support through a difficult time - nearly drunk the venue out of LPR, but I’m sure the Down Hall team wouldn’t mind considering the cost . But overall Venue Great an OPL what a find ! Shameful to say, but it’s my first time booking with them, but for sure it won’t be the last. Ohhhhh playing fair about the venue as a consideration for house guests. I feel after eating in the lovely Grill restaurant, it would have been nice if they made more of an ambiance or sparke with the bar something as simple as candles low lighting and some light music - enough from me kind regards Ashley C”
