“Have used this website twice before to book a luxury stay for my son and his wife and had to speak to Customer Services about various concerns which were addressed quickly. Decided to book a lovely overnight stay for my husband and myself but decided to do it over the phone. Everything was dealt with efficiently and we are looking forward to our stay next week.”
