“I found offpeak luxury really helpful in helping me to identify and book a hotel which has an accessible room. The staff did so much work to help me and dealt with my very picky demands with real supportive patience. They responded quickly to all my emails quickly. On top of that, there are some really good deals and we’re very pleased with our booking”

“Excellent value break. The hotel was relaxed and informal and still gave an air of luxury. The one drawback was breakfast which was disorganised and needed an organiser. The food itself was fine and there were several serving staff present but noone was prepared to explain the format or to take charge and ensure service ,let alone first class service that the rest of the hotel managed with ease.”

“Really good offers. Very easy to navigate the website and find exactly the type of hotel we were looking for. Booked online and was called within the hour to confirm the booking. E-mail confirmation and receipt followed straight away. Very efficient and great service.”

“clear pricing instant confirmation , documentation printed instantly, email sent with clear instructions with regard to pre booking the times for evening meals which worked,the £15 booking fee annoyed me but on reflection it was worth it”
