“The lady I spoke with about making my booking, was so very nice and welcoming. Possibly named Judy. I have a hearing disability and names are sometimes a struggle.She delt with my request, quickly and professionally. Contacted the hotel, and immediately called back to confirm. Very happy with the service”

“Enjoyed our2night break at Rutland Hall - but dissappointed on arrival to find out that we could not dine on the first night, as priority was given to people who booked through a TravelZoo deal. On the second evening we were told that we had to eat at 6.00pm as others had priority. We later found out that that this was the last weekend of the TRavelZoo deal - and hence the overcrowding! They also got £35pp allowance for dinner as opposed to the 328.50 offered by you. WE shall be looing at TravelZoo deals from now on.”

Thank you for your 4 star review. We are sorry to hear the situation with regards to the dining, although we can't see on your booking that you had added any times for dinner for either evening. There is an option to add times for dinner on the first stage of the booking process. Your booking included dinner on one night. It is always recommended to book dinner slots prior to your arrival. Unfortunately we can no longer review the alternative offer you mention and compare, therefore we don't know which room type this would have been and what the package inclusions were, nor what the rate was, we can see you booked a Deluxe double with balcony and lake view room, with dinner, bed and breakfast, a drink with dinner and use of the leisure facilities. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional value for money on our pacakges. We are confident that our hotel offers will regularly offer the best value around.
