“We had a two night stay at a "luxury 4* spa hotel" .....but the "offer" we went for was very misleading and we felt disappointed and a little "cheated". The "inclusive 3 course dinner" was far from inclusive with only 3 of the starters and main courses being included, and even then you had to pay an extra £6 for a small bowl of vegetables and £6.50 for a small bowl of potatoes. The "nibbles" were £5 or £6 and a bottle of water was £5.50. There were many positives and also several negatives but an email to the hotel following our stay was not replied to.”

Thank you for your review. We have looked into this and can see from the menu there are 6 options for starter, main and dessert, with only one option per course with a supplement added, therefore, 5 options for each course without a supplement is an adequate amount of choices to choose from on a menu. We do also advise on the package description that supplements may apply to some dishes. We are sorry you felt this was not adequate and have passed this onto the hotel and advised them that you have emailed them directly. Kind regards, Off Peak Luxury
