“Easy to book great value however I was on live chat asking how much to upgrade the room they did try and ring the hotel but no answer so said they would get back to me asap. The booking was for 7 days later and they took 3 days to find out the price this was a disappointment but up to that everything good”

“Website easy to use - hotel Midland Morcombe in question definitely at the luxury end. Easy to use THOUGH could have got a cheaper deal perhaps eg. Booking .com - but this included evening meal!”
