Made a booking through this website. Booking form offered opportunity to add specific requests. I requested meal reservation time, spa access times (has to be booked due to COVID-19), additional paid massage times, and enquired about a late checkout on the booking form. 24 hours later, after paying in full, I've received 2 email confirmations about dinner reservations but no communication at all in response to my additional requests. Doesn't really seem like much of a luxury to have to chase up bookings, off-peak or otherwise!
