“I rang to make a booking for myself and son to go to London .My son is disabled so things like a walk in shower ,rooms near lifts etc make such a difference to our trips away .Kim rang the hotel for me ,nothing was too much trouble for her so our booking was very easy,she double checked with the hotel again to reassure me that all will be in place .Last week I booked online to stay at Castle Coombe with my husband ,that was also so easy and the extra perks are superb .I can't find anyone else including the hotels own websites that can give you all the extras for less price !”

“Sofia was very pleasant to talk with and handled the booking professionally. In any future contact I will be pleased if my first name is spelled correctly - DEREK. It's sloppy to get it wrong, particularly when my name appears as DEREK GRAHAM on the Debit card with which I paid.”
