“This booking went smoothly. The previous booking was difficult, courtesy of the hotel. Offpeak were very helpful in sorting out an alternative, and it's on occasions like that you really appreciate them!”

Thank you for your 3 star review. It is very disappointing to see your comments, as the booking was taken by one of our Reservations Agents who sent the booking to the hotel on the day you booked it at 3.54pm and it was confirmed by the hotel at 4.18pm the same day. Confirmation was sent to your email. Perhaps it found its way into your junk or spam folder, which can happen and is out of our control. I shall resend another one to you.
