“Julie was fantastic !!. She was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my booking and sent pictures of the individual rooms to me via email, as they were not all made clear on the website. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she even called the hotel to see which rooms were actually available to be sure that the room I wanted was what I would get. She understood that this is a special birthday for my partner and I want everything to be perfect. So glad I got Julie to help with my booking..”

“A friendly, helpful, intelligent person on the end of the phone at 9pm was totally unexpected. Julie took all the leg work out of finding a great Spa break for me and 3 university friends. IT made organising it a whole lot easier and we got exactly what we wanted so easily. Jemma took all the hassle out of booking it and I will definitely be using you again. Many thanks Cathy”
