“Found this site during a general internet search and glad I did. Easy to book a short break at a very good rate and with some added extras such as champagne each evening and a box of chocolates in the room. Will definitely use OPL again.”

“Headline price v different from actual price. Described as a 2night stay but the extras, for room upgrade and May booking priced per night, not per stay. This was not very explicit on the website - well, it fooled me anyway”

We’re sorry to hear that you found the Telegraph offer you booked at The Wood Norton confusing – as we have 2 room types available at differing prices we have tried to make the pricing as clear as possible, however the prices on our website are always stated as per person in the first instance. The fact that the pricing is seasonal and that Saturday supplements apply is described both on the Telegraph’s website (in their T&Cs) and in our package inclusions.
