“I tried to book my voucher on line, but when I added my details there was no way to submit or go forward and finish the booking. The only option was "back" . So I had to call you to make the booking which was done smoothly and with no problem at all. :)”

“Not certain of the Lady's name, maybe Julie? was very helpful . Although I am waiting a confirmation in writing for my booking No.4528582. I thought I was quoted £828.00, your e mail shows the cost as £898.00(does the figure have a booking fee)? would be grateful if you would clarify.”
