“Have made several bookings for OPL deals and recently arranged 2 separate bookings at Wyck House for big celebrations (a 40th wedding anniversary being one).We've stayed there before. Booked the second one largely on basis that the Hotel appeared very welcoming. Initially the Hotel response to a simple request we made for our second booking ( i.e. A drink with our meal rather than in our room) was less than satisfactory . OPL contacted me to explain what the Hotel had said. I explained that there appeared to be no issue with a similar request for out first stay. OPL appeared to be at a loss as to why the Hotel's attitude had changed however they intervened and confirmed to us that there would be no problems with our rather simple request when we visit in January. The OPL bookings we've made have been good - we hope the next two are equally good. Thanks OPL”
