“Consequently good offers and hotels around the U.K. very easy to use the website and book your stay only downside for me is we’re told upgrade on arriving it as not happened to us Even after 6/7 years ?”

“Good website with most of the information to hand.Prompt answering of telephone with courteous reply.Easy to book and the e-mail confirmation of the booking came swiftly and described our booking correctly. The only drawback was the cancellation policy which seems harsh bearing in mind that these are off peak bookings and alternative dates could be offered to no-one's detriment.”

Dear Mr Naylor, Thank you for your review of your Offpeakluxury booking experience; we're so pleased to hear that the process was smooth. With regards to our cancellation terms, once within 7 days of arrival our policy becomes less flexible than when we are outside 7 days of arrival. Our offers have off peak prices all year round, and our packages are specially negotiated with each of the hotels in our portfolio to offer excellent value for money. We would always ask a hotel if they are able to offer a date change, but within 7 days of arrival it is at the hotels' discretion and we do charge a small administration fee to cover the additional work involved. “The telephone was answered fairly quickly by a charming and helpful lady. This in itself was such a pleasant change from getting the usual ‘menu’ on many other companies. Booking was straightforward and easy and confirmation came through quickly.”

“I have known The Wood Norton just outside Evesham since 1953 when we moved to Worcestershire. It used to be a French Royal Residence , then a BBC property, but recently it has changed use to be a hotel. I need a "recovery base" following my left knee replacement. Following a previous similar operation on my right knee, we went for such a recovery to the Manor House hotel in Moreton in Marsh - that was excellent. However the lure of the Wood Norton could not be resisted, so we are greatly looking forward to a 3 night stay in early December. Thanks for making this "dream come true" at a price we can afford”

“I found what I believe to be an excellent deal through off peak luxury . The order process was quick and easy and confirmation of the booking was almost immediate. Very impressive, only time will tell if the hotel room and meals live up to expectation, but if they do I will be advising friends and family to use this company in future.”

“We stopped at the rookery hall hotel and spa for a romantic weekend away.Very nice hotel with the extra touches. The room we had was nothing special as this was part of the classic packages but we did ask at reception if there were any upgrades and they were more than happy to oblige Thank you so much that made the difference.”
