“Had to postpone hotel booking because of operation, Off Peak allowed me to re-book BUT CHARGED ME AN EXTRA £100.”

Dear Mr Stewart, Thank you for your review of Offpeakluxury. I have looked at the booking notes as we do not charge customers £100 in order to change the date of a reservation. I can see that we postponed your stay on the first occasion free of charge; on the second occasion, as we were within 7 days of arrival there was a charge of £17.50. I'm pleased to see that we were able to assist with changing your dates twice in order to fit in with both the surprise from your family and latterly your operation.
