“Didn’t appear to be a vacancy for the dates I preferred on the website, so phoned and spoke to a very charming lady who sorted me out and did the booking for me. Excellent service”

“I always use OPL to book favourite break at Down Hall in Hertfordshire. I use the telephone booking facility as I prefer to speak to someone as opposed to ebooking. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, most pleasant and professional.”

“Recently I had reason to contact offpeakluxury.com by telephone due to the hotel we wanted to book a reservation with (stayed before) was not taking website bookings during the lockdown. My contact was more than helpful, contacting the hotel on our behalf and secured the booking for us, keeping us updated at every step. I have used their services a few times now and found the service very good and have no qualms in recommended them.”

“I had to phone to make an enquiry with my booking. The lady is spoke to was do helpful & friendly. Due to current circumstances she had to get in contact with her colleagues to check out my query. She came back to me thw same day & sorted my booking over the phone.”

“Great service. They had difficulties with the hotel because the latter are operating with a skeleton COVID-19 staff, and we have an assistance dog which tends to complicate matters, but they persevered and came up with the goods. There were also complications because the restaurant is closed on Monday & Tuesday but, again, offpeak sorted out the confusion. Again great service, would definitely use again.”

We do show the Hotel Charges and the Booking Service Fee (if applicable) on the first page of the booking process under the "Total booking price" information.
