“I am delighted with my hotel and dinner package. The Customer Service team was really efficient in contacting me and I was happy to pay a small child supplement to have a family room with breakfast and children menu included.”

“I have used Off Peak Luxury for mini breaks in the uk on several occasions , the hotels are always very pleasant and the descriptions on the website is entirely accurate...it's also nice these days to be able to have a helpful person on the other end of the phone.”

“This was the first time I have used Offpeakluxury and I was extremely pleased with the speed and efficiency with which my enquiry and booking was dealt with by telephone and email. I felt very confident that I could trust Sophia to look after me ... and she did ... and that was ‘refreshing’ in a world when so many things in life have become so difficult and complicated! Sophia was kind and friendly ... just what I needed when I spend so much of my time caring my father who has dementia. ‘Thank you’!”

“I clicked on a 'BookNow' link on Raithwaite Hall £99 per room post lockdown offer for three nights. It was not until after I accepted the deal that I realised I had actually been charged £695 !!!! Massively overcharged. I then contacted your company by email buy have not, as yet, received any response.”
