“Excellent and untroubled booking facility. Very simple to use and an almost immediate confirmation of the booking with my chosen hotel. Ten out of ten. The service provided is as good, if not better, than that provided when I made my first booking a number of years ago.”

“When booking our Offpeakluxury stay on line using a voucher which included the full price all went well until the final step to making payment . At this point an additional unexpected cost was requested. I challenged this with your customer service team. The query was soon resolved by your team and no increase has to be paid.”

“Whilst booking our stay, which was a present, we were told exactly how much the present was worth. I don’t think our giver wanted to know that. As it happens we have now been given a credit note for another stay.”
