“Excellent service. I placed an order online on the Sunday, the website said that they were shutdown until 4th January. The order was processed immediately on the 4th and I received the delivery on the Tuesday. The product was packed well and I was very pleased with the quality of my new desk. I would definitely recommend Office Supermarket to anyone looking for office furniture.”

“All absolutely fine for delivery and desk is beautiful. Could have been tricky with the big pallet being left with us that the desk came on but great firewood for the fireplace. Be aware though if you live alone. Heavy stuff to deal with but quality is superb. Thanks.”

“We placed an order for 3x desks and 2x sets of drawers on the 28th December and expected it to be delivered after the 4th January but it came the Friday before and we had a phone call from the delivery driver to let us know he was on his way. The furniture is just what we wanted and good value too! Very happy with the service and will definitely be using Office Supermarket again in the future.”

“Absolutely awful service. Ordered desk and pedestal before Christmas and it was due 2-3 days. Now at 6 January told it has been delivered 5.30pm on 23 Dec. It absolutely has not and the customer service lady was very rude. Paid out over £300 to have no product!!”

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry to hear that this has not been a good experience for you. After looking into this further, I can see that the information we were provided by the courier was the items had been delivered and signed for. Upon looking into this further it appears that the courier had provided information relating to a different order, that was on the same delivery run as your order. I can only apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused. I understand that a colleague has spoken to you recently to advise that the order is being replaced and sent out for delivery within 24 hours, which you have advised is acceptable.
