“Fast next day delivery. Chair took about 20 minutes to assemble. Comfortable. I like the synchronous rocking action and that you can lock it in a reclined position. I bought the Montana Executive Leather Chair. Could be better for lumbar support. Definitely need to get up after a couple of hours so not sure how it compares against those that state, 'for 8 hours sitting a day'. The padding is firm. It is not a chair you sink in. I definitely like the headrest. Finally the legs are chrome rather than plastic painted silver. All in all it is a comfortable chair.”
