“Good service first time, so a few years later I’ve ended up buying another desk from Office Supermarket. Desk arrived next day. Unfortunately it was missing two bolts; I sent an email asking for these to be sent out quickly- quick reply and the bolts were couriered to me, arriving at 0730 the next working day. Much as I’d have obviously preferred it to not be missing those parts, the service to get the problem resolved was immediate and excellent!”
