“I'm disappointed by these shoes and extremely upset that they can't be returned after worn outside. How are you meant to test them properly inside. They were comfortable and light when worn in the gym/ indoors before I decided to keep them. They offered medium support in my 10k, but I don't know if I would wear them for a long run again. It wasn't enough support for me who suffers from plantar fascitus. Also, I would recommend going a size bigger as both toes next to my big toes were bruised on my 10 k which I thought wouldn't happen with the wider toe box. I think I'll stick to Asics moving forward.”

“Really good service. Initial shoe ordered was coming up as too small. Exchanged and went up a half size and fits me great. Really quick service for the exchange. Very wide choice of shoes really helped me in finding a shoe that fits properly.”

“Would certainly use NorthernRunner again very happy with the ease of ordering even when the first pair of trainers weren't right I sent them back and they issued a quick refund I then ordered the correct width I needed I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery for the right pair they came the next day no issues at all”
