“I have found Northern Runner an excellent business to deal with. The trainers are despatched promptly and delivered by Royal mail efficiently. When I have had to return shoes because of the fit the cost has been refunded promptly.”

“Won't purchase from here again unless I'm 100% sure the item will fit me. Been caught out with returns process - no label provided, have to pay for postage. Would have been more cost effective and less hassle to just purchase from a slightly more expensive store that offers a simple, free returns process.”

“My order came so much quicker than expected which was great as I was late ordering a gift. Expected Monday, came Friday. Product ID whst I ordered but recipient hasn't tried it yet. My only issue is that it was massively over packaged. The item was about 15cm X 3 cm X 3cm but the bag it came in was about 75cm X 50cm folded multiple times and heavily taped so I had to cut it to open it. I usually reuse these bags. What a waste of plastic. Makes a mockery of the carrier bag tax.”

“Thanks Northern Runners. The running shoes I ordered arrived before the expected date , which was great. They were delivered through the Royal Mail tracked service which is a better delivery service than others. The running shoes were exactly what I ordered. The service was first class from ordering to delivery. I will use you again.”
