“This is the first time I've ordered from your company and unfortunately I had to return via tracking Post Office the trainers as they were not wide or deep enough for me to get my feet into. I recognise that perhaps my ageing feet has a lot to do with this but since the recommendation to order from the company came via my podiatrist I will try again after my account has been credited.”
