“Excellent service overall, initially spoke to a very nice helpful chap on the phone who guided me on width sizing for a pair of hoka mach5. From here I was able to place an online order through the site, and received my trainers a couple of days later in excellent condition. Very recommendable.”

“I was looking for a pair of running shoes and found them online at Northern Runner. But they didn’t have my size! Eventually, I emailed them and had a response within hours to say they hadn’t got them stocked, but could order them. They did, and then sent them to me. The person at Northern Runner who was helping me simply could not have been more helpful! They updated me through the whole process and were really prompt with all communication. In less than a week, I had a new pair of trainers - it only took maybe a day longer than if they had had my size in stock. Absolutely brilliant service.”
