“I ordered running shoes from NorthernRunner.com. The shoes arrived promptly and were exactly what I ordered. I express this as they were the 3rd site I ordered from and neither of the others delivered the correct size. They sound like they know what they’re doing as they offer gait analysis which is a valuable service for runners. I did have to return the shoes as I ordered the wrong size but this I know was my fault due to a change in material used for Brooks shoes. Northernrunner.com processed and refunded the return efficiently. I can recommend them as a supplier.”

“I was impressed when the shoes I ordered on Saturday ... arrived the following Monday. (Next working day - if Saturday is a working day). I've been a customer here for a few years. They never let me down. They gave useful advice over the phone, too. The return/exchange process was pretty easy, too: in the past - at shoe had a stitching defect. They replaced the shoe with not much delay. Really good experiences with this company Thanks.”

“Unable to get the shoe I was looking for locally so went online nd NorthernRunner not only had it but it was £15 lower than the recommended price. Straightforward to order online and the shoes arrived three days later - correct shoes, correct size and correct width fitting. I would certainly use NorthernRunner again.”
