“Great service, I was up for the GNR and went into the shop for some advice, came away with Topo trainers. Loved them so much ordered the trail shoe online when i got home. Great fast service and trainers are awesome…..both pairs 😊”

“Excellent customer service. Query answered straight away. I paid for delivery as was in a hurry and they arrived next day as promised. Unfortunately shoes were not a good fit for me so I returned them. Confirmation of receipt and resulting refund made promptly. No complaints. Would recommend.”

“Excellence from start to finish! I ordered a UK size 4 wide Hoka Bondi 8 running shoe. When they arrived, they came up small so I returned the for to exchange for a size 5. I received support via email from 'Chris' who was pleasant, efficient and gave excellent customer service. My running shoes arrived today and I am delighted with them! A perfect fit and great quality. I won't hesitate to buy from Northern Runner again, and will recommend to everyone I know! Thank you so much!”

“Ordered OMM Kamleika Mens Waterproof Running Jacket. The ordering, payment and delivery process was good, the product is as described - lightweight running waterproof of high quality, I sized up to large as the medium was to tight around my waist. To date minimal usage as the weather has been good.”
