“I ordered a pair of new balance trainers online, delivery was fast. Unfortunately the fit wasn't right so I returned them and I received my refund. I would have given 5 stars if returns were free as I'm now out pocket for two lots of postage - delivery and returns.”

“Great company! I've purchased my last 4 or 5 pairs of running shoes and the service has been superb. I've had to return products due to sizing issues and they have been brilliant. My goto place for running shoes.”

“The product arrived in time but unfortunately didn’t suit. It cost £12 to return this as no return label is provided and was advised would need to send special delivery rather than tracked 48 as value was over £75 . So unfortunately the cost of returning this would put me off ordering from here .”
