“Excellent. Fast service from the client, was a problem with delivery due to terrible weather experienced in Scotland, the refunded me my postage paid , no questions asked. Will only use them again when i order again, due to the professionalism.”

“I ordered a pair of Inov 8 trail shoes. They arrived super fast, faster than promised. They were too small so I returned them and was quickly refunded. I reordered a larger size that also arrived fast (2 days) and they fit perfectly. Thank you NorthernRunner. Excellent service. I'm exited to try out my new Zero drop wide toe box trainers. They are certainly super comfy.”

“Northern Runner have a great selection of trainers, I was looking for a wider fit and found they had what I needed at a really good price with free quick delivery. Unfortunately the ones I received had a slight manufacturing defect. I emailed and let them know, they were super quick at getting back to me and offered solutions to get my problem solved. I highly recommend Northern Runner, great service and competitively priced. I will use them in the future.”

“Recieved item quickly. I really liked to trainers, unfortunately they just wasn't the right ones for me so I had to return them, my refund was actioned the same day as they were received. I was really happy with the service, only down side is paying for the shipping to return unsuitable items. It soon adds up when your searching for the right running trainers! Shame we've lost so many running shops!!”
