“Northern Runner customer service deserves 5 stars +. 4 stars is for Altra Olympus 6 hike womens: lovely roomy toebox, although I sized up as I have particularly wide feet and issues with Morton neuroma and torn plate ligaments and have insoles.so far these are the best trail shoes I have found that feel comfortable when hiking (gentle recovery hikes) Tongue is very short which causes two issues: when using all eyelets the laces fall off the top of the tongue and onto my foot so less secure. In wet weather water enters in the gaps where a longer joined tongue would provide coverage. Other trail shoes provide this coverage.”

“Love my new Hoka trail running shoes. Extremely comfortable. I also ordered a waterproof pair of Topo trainers that I wear to work as I'm on my feet all day. They are my 3rd pair and I love them. Again very comfortable and light. Received my order within 2 days after ordering. So excellent service from Northern Runner and great prices.”
