“I ordered a pair of black, Lone Peak 9+ Trail Running Shoes (mens' size 10.5) online as I've been wearing this size in the '4.5' version for some time. When they arrived, I decided that they looked/felt bigger then my previous version '4.5' shoes. I am lucky enough to life very close the the Northern Runner shop in Newcastle so decied to call in to see if I could exchange them. The service I received was nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was shown multiple pairs of alternative makes, models and designs of shoe in variuos sizes ... nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a pair of black, Lone Peak 9+ but half a size smaller at size10 but also the wide fitting version. I am one very happy customer and cannot praise Northern Runner and their staff highly enough.”
