“Excellent customer service I ordered a pair of shoes, with a faster delivery option. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost them in the post so I emailed customer service, who were extremely apologetic and dispatched another pair next day delivery to me, whilst also refunding the delivery charge. Very impressed would recomend.”

“The New Balance 860v14 are a very comfortable shoe .But after wearing them for a while I feel I should have gone up to a size uk11. Anyway it is not possible to return them now, so lesson learnt for my next pair. I will make the effort next time and get the train to Newcastle and get a proper fitting.”

“I have bought trainers from Northern Runner several times and like this shop. Ordering is easy, queries are dealt with promptly, staff are knowledgeable and helpful and orders are despatched quickly. I like that they use Royal Mail as I know roughly what time they deliver my post and that makes planning ahead much easier. On the occasion I had to make a return due to a pair not fitting me, the returns process was fine. I will continue to buy from this shop and recommend them.”
