“Excellent online service; I’ve ordered a few pairs from NR and they have always been sent out very quickly and any returns and replacements processed quickly. They stock 4e sizes from manufacturers not always offered by bigger online merchants, which is great. Their advice re function and sizing is always reliable too. Highly recommend them.”

“I've made several purchases of running shoes and hiking boots from NorthernRunner, and they have always provided an excellent service. They offer a wide selection of styles and I can usually get what I want in the size I need (UK12) and at a competitive price. Their website is excellent, the ordering process is simple, follow-up communication is excellent and their deliveries have always arrived on time. A really good supplier.”

“Amazing customer service. I had a faulty pair of running shoes. Phoned and was emailed a free post label to return them. New pair sent out as soon as they received the faulty pair. No arguments or delays. You can’t ask better than that.”

“Topo Atmos size 7 Womens. Firstly brought size 6.5 as reviews had said they were extra roomy up front but had to exchange for a 7 (normal shoe size 6 ish) as my big toe was touching the top. These aren't actually as roomy in the toe box as my Altra lone peaks (another great shoe!) but are roomy enough- it may be the cushioning? They've been a life saver in terms of the cushioning as I had uneeded foot surgery for mortons neuroma due to being misdiagnosed so I still suffer with forefoot bone on floor horrid pain. These Topo Atmos have amazing cushioning for every day (not allowed to run yet) and dog walking I'm the dry weather. Great recovery shoe. Northern runner quickly got back to me and a swap was done without any issue.”
