“My trainers eventually arrived and were in good condition, but the process was frustrating. At first, I was told there was an issue with my parcel, though it wasn’t clear what the problem actually was. (Post Office) up to me to find out. I didn’t receive any proactive updates, and only after I reached out by email did I get a response. To their credit, they did then resend my parcel via DPD and it arrived fine. I just wish the communication had been better — I had to chase them for information, when ideally they should have kept me informed.”
