“Perfect from start to finish! Easy to navigate the website with the product information simple to read, you don't have to click on multiple tabs. Pricing excellent (cheaper than instore), although the price is basically the same after postage. However, the jacket came a lot faster than expected, 2 days later rather than the 3-5 days stated. I called the store to inquire about the jacket I ordered and was greated by very friendly staff and a wonderful Newcastle accent! Very impressed with everything, well done Northern Runner!”

“My emailed question was answered quickly and with great advice. On that advice I ordered a pair of trainers and the ordering process and tracking was (as last time) excellent, accurate and well within the advised timescale. Definitely a company to use over and over again.”
