“My hybrid pillow and pillow cases were adequately packaged and arrived next day - excellent service. The pillow core has a slight smell at first but don't be put off. Remove the core from the zipped-cover for a day or so and the smell will dissipate. I've had significant neck and shoulder ache using an old pillow, and after using the Panda hybrid pillow for just one night this has reduced greatly giving a more restful sleep.”
