“We spent our first night on our new topper last night and found it very comfortable. We are delighted. I also think I may have been a little cooler using it as opposed to our last one from a different supplier, always a good thing! Arrived quickly too :)”

“I purchased the hybrid bamboo pillow. It was delivered 5th March 2024. I have given it a fair shot although I noticed it started to give me neck and shoulder pain after 1st use. I asked husband to try it for a couple nights and he complained that it hurt his shoulder but not his neck. I have attempted to contact Panda via telephone several times but I am continuously told to leave a voicemail instead of adding me to the queue apparently their line is always busy or more likely non existent. They were not this incompetent when they took my money. I have also sent an email after leaving a voicemail as I have no other means of contacting them. I wish to return the pillow for a full refund so someone from panda please make contact.”
