“Never heard of this till appeared on QVC. Been struggling with my pillow so bought the memory foam pillow which was a QVC todays special value. It arrived 9 days later & is nice & firm. My only quibbles are that A) it does have a smell to it, so I am airing it before using it, B) it is a very tight squeeze to get my Egyptian cotton pillowcase over it. Guessing I will have to buy Panda pillowcases!!”

To help with your quibbles, that initial "new product" scent is completely normal and harmless; it will fully dissipate after a few days of airing out. Regarding your pillowcase, if you do decide to look into our bamboo pillowcases, they are specially tailored to glide on easily and perfectly match the contours of the pillow.
