“All the staff at my car, Credit and Evelution were absolutely brilliant After having problems with the garage and already having financing my name that I had rejected, they were all so helpful in helping me get a new finance for the new car would highly recommend.”

“Although I was accepted straight away for a car loan, the process was completely stressful. I was told that it would take 24 hours however the paperwork kept coming and coming. I had issues with no codes sent to me, I was repeatedly filling in the same form. I was then told it would be soon but then another set of paperwork came. I then had to make identity calls and then another and another, they then sent me another document and at this point I was so stressed that it took all the joy away of buying my new car. I spent £30 on a taxi to get half way to my friends who was going to drive me to the garage. The agent told me that she never told me to go to the garage to collect but what she did say was that if the money could not reach the garage in time they would send an email of confirmation. I was furious and the result of this made me lose my friend who wasn’t very happy that he had waited around all day to take me to the garage and then had to take me home instead!! There was no rhyme or reason as to why this happened to me and I would not recommend this company because of this… When I mention to Brianna that she should be telling the customer of the process and all of the forms, she said we can’t, I find this very unprofessional. Apart from this the team spoke to me in a professional manner and was efficient in their calls and emails, they just need to sort out the actual process.”

“They delayed the funds by using the wrong email address for the car dealership. Then sent me the wrong paperwork. Finally, they transferred funds at the very last minute, after the dealership’s accounts office had closed meaning that the car could not be released as planned. It caused a great deal of inconvenience changing my insurance. I would never use again.”
