“The process for the most part was fine. From first application to being finalised with payment being sent was pretty fast. I was given a criteria to stay with when selecting a car based on age and mileage. The only problem I had was even though I had kept to the criteria given, there was criteria imposed by the finance companies that were not explained, nor an explanation given when either the car, or the garage you were selecting was rejected. I had to choose 4-5 cars before one was accepted.”
